A behind the scenes sneak peek of Madi and her little furry friend as they work to prep for some exciting things with the virtual PA Farm Show!!  We've been enjoying this beautiful fall weather in Central Pennsylvania these last few weeks! Yesterday, up popped this cute little surprise in our email! This is a hand crafted pumpkin made from Samoyed dog yarn that we spun up in our mill for one of our very creative customers! Believe it or not, this was hand dyed using cranberries! I wouldn't have expected this outcome of the color, but the variations throughout are stunning! Have a great weekend everyone!  It was a pleasure to be a part in creating such a beautiful yarn for this project!!  Holy smokes is this angora yarn ever soft!! I wish you could reach through the screen and give it a feel!! If you're looking for some squishy Angora yarn for a fall knitting project, contact The Rosefield and snatch some of this up while you can!! This is fresh off the spinning frame, so it hasn't had a chance to bloom yet! But when it does, I can only imagine how pretty it will be!
