I don't know how I missed this after being here all week, but I found Madi's woven poncho in the Family Living department! ~Ashley  Posted by Ashley: What a day we had yesterday! Fleece to Shawl/Sheep to Shawl day... It's probably the most nerve wracking but also most exciting days of the Farm Show! There was a total of 6 youth teams and my mom had 3 youth teams there from her Fiber Club. All of the kids did amazing! Results follow: Twisted Sisters and a Dude - 1st Place Champion Fleece to Shawl team (Theme: Gone with the Wind) Fiber Frenzy- 3rd place team (Theme: Wizard of Oz) #PAFarmShow #PAFS18 The Fibering Five - 4th place team (Theme: Herb Garden)  The participating members of the Tri-county 4-H Fiber Artists Club  2018 Youth Fleece to Shawl shawl's   2018 Champion Fleece to Shawl team!  2018 Sheep to Shawl shawls Enjoyable family night last night supporting Madi and the whole Bell crew at the Square Dancing contest at the PA Farm Show tonight!       The beginning of Farm Show has been wonderful to our family! We've seen so many good friends who have stopped by our booth and have been a part of so many exciting events! Miss Madi had quite the weekend at the PA Farm Show! Yesterday she started her day with a meet and greet with the Governor and Secretary of Ag followed by the opening ceremonies! Afterwards she participated in showmanship where she received 2nd place in her category of 20+ very talented seniors! From there, she went on to watch the results of the PA Preferred Cookie Bar Contest and we were shocked when she was announced the first place winner out of all of those entries! She also participated in the Fashions with a Flair, gave multiple demonstrations, and is going to be helping at the celebrity rabbit hopping event later tonight! She's going to be one tired puppy by the end of the week! Tyler also entered some hay and received a 1st place in his class!
